BECOME A PILOT is not just another online class.
This is a live aviation mentoring and preparation programme designed to help you understand what it actually takes to succeed in the aviation industry, while helping you improve your GCSE and A-Level performance at the same time.
Every session connects real aviation with the subjects you study in school, helping maths, physics and problem-solving finally make sense in a practical and exciting way.

Live Weekly Sessions
Sessions run live online every Tuesday at 6pm from:
8th September – 8th December 2026
(Half term excluded)
Each session focuses on a different area of aviation, academic support or pilot preparation. The weekly session will either be knowledge or skills, you see below the nature of the sessions and how I break them down.

To keep sessions interactive and high quality, the programme is limited to 50 students only

KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge sessions engages students in elements of physics and maths that translate into principles used by pilots in commercial aviation. These are also crucial areas examined in the Flight School Aptitude tests, this includes content such as:

Flight mechanics, forces and vectors, climbing and descending trigonometry

The lift equation, rearranging the lift formula

Generating lift, the venturi

Chemistry of aviation fuel

The gas turbine and combustion

Pressurisation

Mass & balance

Fuel planning

Calculating wind speeds using trigonometry

Mathematics and formulas for navigation

Weather and meteorology conditions

SKILLS
Being a pilot is skill based profession, skills are continually refined and assessed throughout your career. In the skills session I introduce the basic framework that Flight Schools and Airlines use to build, measure and develop skills. These are essential to any aspiring airline pilot who is serious about making a successful application.

There are only 50 place available to join
You must be aged 14+ and wanting to pursue a career as a commercial pillot
Considering fully funded or self funded flight training
Willing to work hard and push yourself
Have access to a computer or tablet
Own a scientific calculator
Available on Tuesday evenings at 6pm
Able to print off or call up hand out resources on a tablet device
