THE TERMS

By booking a place on The Aviation Guy Online Programme, the purchaser (“Customer”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions on behalf of themselves and the participating student (“Student”). The Programme consists of live online educational sessions delivered weekly, typically on Tuesdays. Session dates, times, tutors, structure and content may be amended, postponed, substituted or cancelled at any time without notice. The Programme fee is £980 per student place. All bookings are final and non-refundable, including where sessions are missed, schedules change, content is modified, or a participant withdraws or is removed from the Programme. The Customer confirms they are aged 18+ and are the parent, guardian or authorised payer for the Student. One registered student only may view and access the Programme per purchased place. Sharing login details, live-streaming, recording, screen recording, photographing, reproducing or redistributing sessions or materials is strictly prohibited. All teaching materials, presentations, recordings, branding and educational content remain the intellectual property of The Aviation Guy and may not be copied, shared, resold or reused without written permission. Students must behave respectfully during sessions. We reserve the right to suspend or remove participants for disruptive, inappropriate or unsafe behaviour without refund. Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable internet access, devices and software are available. We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control, including internet outages or third-party platform failures. The Aviation Guy holds an enhanced DBS check. Parents/guardians remain responsible for the supervision and welfare of students outside the direct delivery of sessions. The Programme is designed to support GCSE and A-Level learning alongside aviation application and selection preparation. Participation does not guarantee examination results, university offers, interview success or aviation career outcomes. By completing a booking, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
